Dark Matter - Spiced Rum

Dark Matter, made in Aberdeenshire, is ScotlandÕs first rum, produced since 2015. It's distilled carefully, then infused with spices from around the world Ð Oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries and Thai green peppercorns . ItÕs anything but dull Ð punchy, slightly sweet with a seriously long finish. It shines when mixed with ginger beer.
