Le Ballon Rose

Description

The Ballon Rosé is organically produced, but not yet certified.
This is a dry rosé made from a traditional Grenache/Cinsault blend. The palate shows ripe fruit and a nice round texture upheld by lively acidity.
A very summery rose that would pair perfectly with salads, white meat and soft cheeses.
