Raasay - Hebridean Gin

Handcrafted Hebridean gin made with an exciting selection of ten Raasay and traditional botanicals: juniper berries, rhubarb root, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, cubeb pepper and triple distilled Raasay spirit.

Distilled and infused together in a copper still and gin basket, the botanicals retain their vibrancy, creating the perfect blend of flavours. Our distillers only make the cut when the citrus reveals itself and collect the ÒheartÓ of the spirit run, the very best quality spirit.
